As silly as it may sound, I use these edgers to add an elegant finish to handmade butterfly pasta. Pasta dough is easy to cut like kraft paper if rolled out thin enough. I used to use rose cutter scissors but they were cumbersome for tiny pasta and the pasta wheels cut well enough for home use, but for to-go pasta salad I prefer the more personal artistic touch to my pasta. I dry and save small leftover noodles for use in soups so there is no waste. Pasta discs are too small to reuse, but are great for soups or buttered pasta. I also dry and stuff my herbs and I find these edgers are good for trimming cheap labels to look like more expensive ones. Unfortunately I can't comment on their scrapbooking use, but I think they'll work great for their intended purpose if I ever take them out of my kitchen drawer. I give these tiny scissors five stars for shaping pasta off-label.
