Birthday present for grandson. I just spoke to him and he said the blanket is very soft but not glowing at all! I told him to stay in a lighted room for at least an hour before sleeping in a dark room. If it doesn't light up then let me know so I can complain. So I hope after that he can tell me he's beaming. I chose this duvet because after reading other reviews I felt it was a good choice compared to other duvets. I hope that my choice will be successful. Returning the blanket is not easy as he lives in another city. Apart from not glowing, he really likes the ceiling. The only thing is, I chose it because it glows, so let's hope it will glow after exposure to light!
