I like how this holds everything in but kinda struggled putting it on had to get my husband to help me but once I got it on it was pretty comfortable, not a whole lot of stretch and pretty thick material. I would definitely recommend I got the med/large and I’m 5”3 165lbs with a tummy and it definitely sucked me in. Just make sure you get the right size or even go up one if your not sure.
