Review on Charger Adapter Chromebook CP311 CP315 by Stephanie Baldwin

As mentioned in other reviews, this charger only lasted a month. The product description says there is a lifetime warranty, but I didn't see a number or email address on the seller's site to contact them for a replacement. I used Revain's customer service assistant and even they couldn't find a number or other contact point. Additionally, my Acer Chromebook freezes and says it's connected to a low power charger even when nothing is connected. I have a hunch it's related to this charger because it never happened before I owned this Chromebook for 2 years and it happened the night after the charger stopped working and I tried another USB-C used a charger I had on hand (remember I've only used this charger as an emergency charger so far and haven't had any problems). In general, I am very upset and disappointed. I am a student who needs a laptop not only for homework but also for distance learning. I didn't have to leave a bad review to get help.
