I don't know why it gets such good reviews from other people. It's cheap, shiny plastic and cannot be tightened enough that it won't leak (even with the tape provided) without scratching and/or breaking the connections. The adjustable swivel head is completely loose, the shower head just falls to the lowest position no matter what.
