The platform is very easy-to use and allows us to easily track our employee's activities by project or client etc., we also have access to all relevant information from anywhere at any given moment (client info/time logs). I dislike that it has become more difficult than before to find someone who can update the database when there are changes made during an employees absence - this should be easier! It would help if they could provide better support regarding customer service issues too which sometimes happens occasionally where you get stuck without being able to contact anyone via email / chat. We're solving many problems related to internal management including tracking costs & revenue per hour spent working vs outside hours not worked but still billed out e.g. vacation days used.
