With a 4-finger grip on the LR-LB / RT-RB, it is inconvenient to hold the gamepad. With a normal grip, the gamepad sits quite well. The sticks work adequately (I have experience using controller 3 and a Chinese gamepad). Here the sticks work adequately, there are no dead zones. For this amount (I took for 1200) a completely adequate option. The build quality is good, the plastic, although cheap, feels good in the hands. I recommend.
