That's good. I use them not only to keep my aligners in place, but also as a "gum substitute" to keep my mouth moist when I'm not in the mood for water. I'll cut one in half and chew it! Works great, but the flavor wears off quickly and they break very quickly in the process. I disinfect them in a small bowl with water and hydrogen peroxide.
