Not pregnant but recovering from back surgery and THANK YOU for this pillow. I've slept on my stomach all my life, but not after the surgery. No! No option. The worst was lying on my side or back, and I tried a billion pillows stuffed around me (leaving little room for my poor husband). Finally! With this pillow I was able to sleep peacefully without rolling over on my stomach and waking up in pain. There are many ways to snuggle and sleep on it (other than on your stomach) and it actually lets the other person sleep next to you in a queen-size bed.
