I bought this to see if it would help my knee pain and swelling. I've been wearing it for several days now. I took size XL as I am a heavier person. It's easy as you can imagine. It's tight, but not too tight. I think you could do with a larger size. So far, it has helped relieve knee pain due to fluid buildup. My knee tends to swell a lot the more I walk on it. Being on my feet for over 8 hours per work shift I had to make sure this would help with a full shift, but I need to work on the number of hours I can sustain in it. It also has the added benefit of protecting my knee from the cold which seems to be really causing my knee pain lately. . Easy fix, I just corrected it, it's easier in shorts when it's summer. All-round comfortable to wear and the skin can still breathe. I have no problem sweating while wearing it, for which I'm grateful. It seems to be helping for now until I take care of my knee, but I'll go down a size to try a snugger fit.
