I LOVE THIS FOOD FOR MY PUPPY BUT I ABSOLUTELY HATE how AMAZON WAREHOUSE treats food bags. I have been feeding my dog this food since February on the recommendation of the breeder and my pup loves it. However, I have so many issues with these grocery bags being ripped/torn or both sides completely scratched and dirty/dusty. I understand they are 28 lb bags but they are groceries. It must not be dragged across the floor before packing. Crates are sometimes delivered crumpled, but the damage to the food bag does not match the damage to the crate. I'll mention it again - it's food. I would not feed my pup a bag of dog food if he has rips and tears. Since the box has no sealing tape, I don't know what condition the food was in inside the bag, especially since there could be heat damage, chemical damage, and airborne particle damage directly to the food. Due to the fact that there is a lot of dust on the outside of the bag, when it is packed in a box, all this dust gets onto the food inside the bag through holes and tears. I appreciate that Revain can get my groceries in 2 days and I understand that this requires a lot of quick movement from staff but it is currently acceptable to pierce a grocery bag for easy lifting and also not to slam it across the floor grind everything in the warehouse to collect dust and dirt. you can do better
