*4.5/5 stars. The company contacted me and asked me to update my review. I will update it because it has worked with me have but I want To be fair to consumers I returned it because it's not what I was looking for it's not the product I didn't know how the product worked I need a home surveillance system and will install one in my house, also in the neighborhood where my cats roam I had a hard time deleting my payment method I signed up for a subscription because I thought I was leaving a product and I was having a hard time changing my payment info from the app. I was able to cancel my subscription but couldn't. Do not delete my information card as this is one of the cases in where you need to save one payment method before deleting the other Finance should o be easier than it was. **This is a great product but not for me. The night vision is surprisingly good. The video quality is good too. I have a trial subscription and didn't use it much as I quickly realized I didn't want to leave. So I can't say anything about cloud compatibility. Pet Cube is not a surveillance system. I love the concept and what the Pet Cube has to offer, but it just doesn't suit me. It's not what I thought. I should have read more reviews or asked questions. The product isn't to blame as it was a bit fiddly to set up. There is a QR that needs to be read by your phone and I don't know if it was my phone or a code but it took a long time to read. Maybe the firmware was also updated at this point, but I wasn't aware of that. Connecting to Wi-Fi was pretty easy too. I have 3 cats and one of them poops right next to the litter box, not in it. I don't know who does this and why he does it. Is it because of the bullying that the cat is physically unable to jump into the box? Is the cat just feces? I do not know. The sheets can be changed again and as soon as I turn around it still happens. Whatever cat does that, she's definitely a poop ninja. I set up the cameras hoping I could go back in the video timeline and find the point where the cargo was dropped and then rewind to see who has the hidden sphincter and see what else is there. happening at the moment except poop. Another cat hanging out in the toilet etc.? The cameras warn of movement and I see a cat come up and sniff the ground, then another cat comes in to see what the smell is. Since the cameras only record short segments of video and then stop, this remains a mystery. The video segment stops before any action takes place. But the next segment of the video shows the poop on the floor and the cats across the room as if nothing happened. I still don't know who is doing the dirty deed, and since they're unlikely to confess or tell, unless I have some kind of continuous surveillance video, I'll never know. But I know I'm going to send the cameras back and get a real home surveillance system like the Nest etc. I think it would work better for my needs. I'm tired of cleaning up after these little poops and I have peace of mind knowing I can check my house for signs of intruders.
