Perfect for my Nesco dehydrator and allows me to do so much more at once. The same bowls as in the original dehydrator. Easy to clean, can be washed in the dishwasher or hand washed. I like that the fins are different sizes so I can place small pieces where they won't fall through and big pieces where they get more air. A tip: dry the upper shells and the outer edges first. The closer you get to the center (and the closer you get to the bottom of the tray stack), the longer these pieces will take, so I plan accordingly and put thicker pieces closer to the edge and thin, easy-to-dry pieces closer to the center.
