Review on Kwok Information Server by Steven Gray

Its easy to use, has excellent documentation so it is not difficult at all to set up for new users. It's also very powerful but can be overwhelming if you don't know what you are doing. There are some things that I would like to see improved in future releases of this product such as automatic backups (this is something we have with another system). This isn't really an issue right now since our requirements do not require frequent database backups but it could become one as time goes on. We primarily utilized KIS for management of Windows servers which included Active Directory configuration changes, server monitoring, etc.
