It was a very useful product. I've been using it for two and a half years and I'm on the road weekly. The friendliness of TSA checkpoints is important today, especially at peak times when even the TSA pre-check lines are clogged with amateurs. This bag is well designed with a large front pocket for gadgets. Some of these Targus bags don't have enough storage pockets, but this one was just great. And the sizes are really good if you're a street fighter. Easily fits under the seat in front of you, even on the bus. There were few complaints, apparently quality related. But full disclosure: I'm pretty picky about the bag. The first thing that came loose after a month was the zipper on the inner mesh pocket. It was a little thin at first. Next thing to do was velcro on the back to attach it to the rollboard. It only lasted about 6 months. Finally, after about a year and a half, the "skin" on the handle began to peel off. Overall, I love this bag and have probably kept using it for a lot longer than the $40 case is meant to use. I recently tried another Targus case that cost more but didn't have the features of this case so I went back. I'll repurchase these.
