The EMUST winter coat for dogs is very cute and looks exactly as described. I bought a large based on the measurements for my 15 lb Chihuahua mix and it fits her perfectly with some breathing room. I will say if your baby fur girth (chest) is more than 18 maybe 19 you should go up to the next size up. The coat goes to the bottom of her back, which I like so I know she's fully covered and it doesn't prevent her from using the bathroom. The hood fits her small head perfectly and stays on, perfect for rainy days or when it gets really cold. The inner fur is very soft and fluffy. The outer material is like a soft windproof material and withstands the rain today and keeps my fur baby dry. I am happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.
