I bought this to protect my face while chopping wood as I was going to the emergency room after a piece of mine fell off nostril had loosened . All properties of the face mask (strength, transparency, etc.) should not be covered due to the fundamental issue of fit. It has no overlay, just a thin, soft plastic around the edges of the glasses. There's no extra padding on the nose, so this big, heavy thing bears most of its weight on the bridge of the nose with the rim of a piece of hard plastic. I have no problems with glasses; I've even worn the hard plastic ones to mow and they're good for their shape. It's terrible. I wouldn't wear them for a minute. If I was forcefully hit in the face with a piece of wood or anything, it would break my nose instead of protecting it. I'm not sure if the manufacturer of these glasses actually tried them on. Or, like I said, maybe her nose is completely flat. Back immediately.
