I'm giving it one star for its cuteness. I bought it for my granddaughter, it was a mistake. Collecting was a nightmare for my brother-in-law. First I glued all the stickers, then the holes didn't fit under the brackets. Finally, when that's all assembled, the wheels don't touch the ground. I called support to complain, they gave me two options. Firstly, to return an item for a replacement it must still be in the box or return for a refund must also be in the box. Keep in mind that this thing took a few hours to build, and when it's assembled it's going to be quite large. The service said that it is not necessary to disassemble it, but you must return it in the box. I should have read the reviews for the Original Pink as there are many negative reviews about it, some seem to raise safety concerns. It's definitely not worth putting it together and realizing that the end result is flawed. Big disappointment!
