As the description says these are NOT bifocals. It was actually quite difficult to find FULL (or almost) lens reading sunglasses in an acceptable style. Almost every pair I've observed has turned out to be BIFOCAL. But they are also NOT "full lenses". The magnification range is approximately the size of an old 50 cent coin. In fact, it only matters whether you turn your eyes all the way to the right or left. So they seem to be really sufficient for this purpose. I bought them primarily as sunglasses as the power of the magnification adequately corrects my vision. BUT; My main complaint is that visually they are far from perfect. While you wouldn't expect optical perfection at this price point, I also have a pair of standard readers from a well-known brand that, for almost the same low price, deliver optics so perfect the difference is negligible; So you would think that this company would be capable of it. When you look through these glasses, the view is a bit strange. It appears compressed or slightly deformed. It's a bit annoying.
