broken piece. Cannot be tied as half sleeve
Material and workmanship were ok. But the buckle to tie half of the sleeve didn't have the required hole/slot. Therefore, it cannot be made into a half-sleeved sleeve, and when folded, it usually leaves a tail. Very disappointed π
