The product came to me without working.
If I could remember my password I would have commented earlier. When I plugged them into the headphones, only one side played. I thought maybe my headphones aren't working. So I used my friend's cable to see if I got the same results, but what do you know? Both sides of my phones turned on. I tried to contact the company and got no answer.
