Review on 🔧 Metra 95-7330 Double DIN Installation Kit: Perfect Fit for 2007-Up Kia Spectra/Spectra 5, Black by Justin Bradford

I ordered this to have handy while trying to install it using standard DIN parts and a kit that fits with the main unit. First I tried using the kit that came with the main unit. it didn't fit because it wasn't wide enough to reach the mounting screws. I then tried to install it using the stock car head unit parts but the screw holes didn't line up. After several attempts to drill the parts I still couldn't align the new head unit properly. I finally gave up and fixed the Metra kit. It was easy to connect and align with the mounting screws. It took about a minute to secure the new head unit in place. Too bad I didn't start with the Metra kit. I would have saved myself 90 minutes and some hassle, but it was so easy it seemed too good to be true. Don't do what I did. Use the Metra kit and don't look back.
