I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandniece who is less than 6 months old. She hasn't started teething yet but like any baby her age she is on her way to this month and she seems to be really enjoying it. Wouldn't let her mom and dad take it away from her. I would recommend it to others as a shower gift for expectant parents or as a gift for a child when they are old enough to use.
