I kept this handbag - it has good qualities. But for the price I expected better quality. It was really wrinkled and I read reviews that said it needed rubbing with mink oil, which I did and it really helped its appearance. The size is big - I'm used to a bigger bag, but it was just bigger - everything I use fits in this bag too. I like the way it looks. The short strap is much better quality than the long strap (thicker, stronger) but I like the crossover style so I use the longer strap. The phone pocket is too small for my phone so I use a zippered pocket instead. The lining is inconspicuous - more functional, brown, but appears to be durable. I was wondering if there is a border around the bag as the photos only show the front and it is around the bag, front and back. I'm keeping it, but I wish it made more of an impression - a fun, easy-care mink oil lining that's easy to put straight out of the bag, and just a more luxurious leather feel. Spring. It is excellent.
