Baby bedding does not shed very much

This blanket doesn't pill very well when you pinch it, big chunks of fabric just come out and my son says he always puts it in his mouth while he sleeps. I assume he sleeps with the blanket on his head lol I haven't washed it yet as I'm afraid it will literally fall out. So unfortunately I don't recommend it. I will say the design is really good but just awfully cheap fabric. 😩
