When my cats got sick I assumed it was the poor quality of the wet food they only eat occasionally. I threw it all away but got it after 1 month All 3 cats were still sick and dealing with expensive vets, I finally took a good look at the packaging and realized the formula had changed! Peas weren't in the ingredients of the previous recipe and now it's #5. So I will assume my cats can. I did a little research on the internet and found that many others had health issues with their cats and dogs eating Nature's Variety Instinct. Such a shame my cats loved their food. "Why a formula that has worked so well for so many years. In case anyone is wondering, I'm switching to Orijen or Acana (not 100% decided yet) and both are mine he food has become champion pet food.
