Cut it to the perfect length. It feels very strong and I think so.

This is exactly what I need to fix a broken zipper on my backpack. The one that was originally there was small and broke quickly. I was able to cut this one and add this one by cutting it to the perfect length. It feels very strong and I think it will hold up very well.
