In fact, this is the third system I've bought from a telecom company in many years and the first time I've been scolded by the support team. I was shocked by the experience. The system is blank and I assumed I followed standard Grandstream programming procedure and called telcodepot for assistance. I guess I was wrong. I was yelled at for this and told I was the only person who had ever bought it from Revain and assumed I hadn't called them for a facility. Nowhere in the sale or in the packaging was this mentioned. I assumed the phone would be set up for me with clear instructions and reasonable default settings. I am still impressed with the experience and will not be buying any more systems from this company in the future. I just hope that I can solve problems with the current system. You lost a customer.
