Poor quality, materials and design

I bought this for my 2018 JKU. First of all, there was a defect in the rear headrest cover when delivered, which indicated the poor quality of the mat. I proceeded with the installation, assuming I could get a replacement. Then I noticed the poor quality of the material. Not quite the closed cell neoprene used in wetsuits as advertised. It was actually just an open-cell foam pad covered with a thin layer of neoprene. The first step was to install the rear seat covers. They went well enough, but there were additional seatbelt slots that exposed the seat. I assume for another JK model? Then I started to assemble the front covers. There are non-lockable flaps for side airbags (which are not present on my model). It would be nice if the flaps were designed to stay in place. This exposed more of the original seat material. The final straw was a flap that had to go under the top back of the seat and Velcro to the rear. But it's not enough because of the apron around the back of the front seat. Getting to that point, I took them off and requested a return label. I will look for the best product.
