Update 04/01/21: Got a replacement soon after and glad I gave it a chance rather than returning it and another to get. I use this to make protein shakes literally every day, sometimes twice a day and it's been great. That's why I added a star. Because of the small capacity, I mix a little and then add more ingredients, then mix again and so on. It's worth noting: it's really noisy. First Review: I first used this blender on 01/10/21. I've just made a few light protein shakes, didn't even put ice in them, so I don't use a blender much at the moment. then on January 17th I pick the bottle up off the countertop and the pieces just fall off. I've never dropped it or bumped into anything, nobody else has used it; I'm honestly confused as to how this could have happened. The broken part is one of three that goes into the base and seals the bottle, so if any of those parts break, the blender will likely stop working.
