Coverall offers good extra support for the lower back. A few months ago I advised my mother to buy one for her aching back. It seems to be helping her a little, so I decided to buy one for myself. Works pretty well. A little tighter than I expected but it fits and is adjustable. They also come in a 2X larger size, but I find it costs more than the standard size that fits best. I definitely wanted lumbar support, as well as a heat or cold therapy gel pack if needed. I injured my lower back years ago and don't like heating pads so this is a good option. I haven't used this feature yet, but I'm sure I will at some point. So far it gives me extra support and helps me get through some of the tough chores in the garden that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to get through this past Mother's Day weekend.
