Although the product looks very nice in the photos, it has a fatal design flaw. In order to tighten the ball joint just enough to keep the mirror from moving while driving, the clamping mechanism compresses the mirror, causing a severely distorted image that would otherwise not be present. I like the look, but I also want to be able to look in the mirror without feeling like I'm squinting.
