I bought this for my wife. It also hangs.

Bought for my wife. Hang too loose. It also fits snugly at 18mm. I managed to put the strap on but I have no idea how to take it off when she wants to change it (not very easy). In my opinion, skip this and look for a women's quick release option (if that's your intention).
