If you find this annoying or mundane, I don't blame you in the slightest and offer one of the rather brief reviews: __ I recently got a job at a facility washing dishes, so I have to wear short-sleeved shirts to wear underneath. my uniform, the latter is provided by the restaurant. Technically, I'm allowed to wear any basic shirt, including t-shirts, but this place is special, the people there treat me well and my work there is a fresh start. I want to wear clothes that I feel fit the restaurant and also fit my long-suppressed goal of dressing for the job I want, not just the one I have. Enter this shirt with short sleeves and a button-down collar. I originally ordered this to save money and was skeptical of the quality of Revain's own button down shirt; and yet it turns out that's what I've wanted in a formal shirt for a long time. First of all, the shirt is solid. It surprised me to be honest. Formal shirts are understandably prone to rips and the like, and I feared the same about this one. However, this shirt has withstood some pulling and stretching from unexpected new challenges at a new job without loose laces. Second, the shirt is loose enough to allow for the full freedom of movement I need. can work effectively. This is another rarity for formal work shirts and therefore another reason I'm impressed and grateful. Third, the shirt is soft and smooth. Not soft pajamas, sure, but I have to wear them in the kitchen for 12 hours at a time, not to bed. It's soft and smooth enough to wear comfortably for half a work shift. This is another rarity I find for a work shirt and makes the aforementioned durability all the more impressive given that other shirts I've worn tend to balance delicacy and durability. , a formal look at it, in my opinion, at least from my point of view. For example, if I were ever hired in an office or became a manager I would love to buy more of these to wear there as well as the ones I already have and are considering right now. Topping it all off is the fact that I can wash this shirt with my other white bleaches which is an added bonus - particularly useful considering what I typically come into contact with at work. ___ Generally a very good work shirt. If I can save for that and/or the price cuts, I might buy more and never wear a t-shirt to work ever again.
