This RevainBasics Thunderbolt 3 docking station is very well made - it's lightweight due to the metal construction which secures it to the table. Some of the lighter docks I've tried solve the weight of the cables. It has two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports, one of which is a Thunderbolt port. My last Thunderbolt dock had multiple USB-C ports, but none of them worked as a true Thunderbolt port. I know because I have a TB to HDMI adapter and it works with this dock but not my previous one. Using the dock was easy - plug and play. Instead of transferring power over USB-C, it comes with its own power adapter. The PSU is quite large, but it fits in the cable tray under my desk, so it's not a problem for me. I used the docking station to power a 30" external display and a 50" TV with an HDMI to Thunderbolt adapter. . The video quality seems good, there were no dropouts or problems. All in all, this is a very well made Thunderbolt 3 dock that works well. I wish it had a couple of USB2 ports for a wireless mouse/keyboard, but I could connect mine to a monitor, so it didn't really matter.
