Review on TECKNET Omni Small Portable 2 by Jeremy Bradford

Updated Review 01/27/17 I lost this mouse in December and bought a new one from the same list. The mouse I received in December was not the same as the August one from this post. In August it didn't look like the picture they were selling, it was all dark purple, in December it matched the picture, it was light purple on top, dark on the sides. If you look at my old review I'll mention it too. Not being a mini mouse, I mention the page forward and page back buttons on the side. The new mouse is slightly smaller, IS a mini mouse and has no side buttons. I genuinely believe this list originally sent the wrong mouse for the list and is now sending the mouse off the list. Both mice are great, especially for the price. I'm glad I found the first one so now I have both. Review 9/7/16 My Logitech Mini mouse was finally lost after many years so I needed a replacement. I was looking for a similar one without paying too much. For the price I thought it wouldn't be a huge waste, even if it's not what I was hoping for. It far exceeded everything I had hoped for. First, calling it a mini mouse is misleading. This is a full size mouse, maybe small/medium, but not mini. I actually prefer it for my hands over a mini, but if you're looking for a mini for small hands or take up very little space in your bag, this isn't it. Size aside, it connects seamlessly, is responsive and works really well. I had no problems with that. It doesn't have an on/off switch that takes some getting used to, but I like it now. The auto shut off is great as I often forgot to turn off my old travel mouse. A little getting used to is that a simple mouse movement doesn't turn it back on. The button must be pressed. The only downside to the mouse is irrelevant to me. The buttons on the side are easy to accidentally press depending on how you hold the mouse, they are back/forward buttons for browsing the web so can be awkward at times. Being able to program what those buttons do or disable them would make this mouse perfect for me.
