At first I was very skeptical, and was not sure if it would have fitted me as needed. My experience in the past was it would rolled up and not flatten my belly pooch, but it did and did not roll-up. However, it became a little uncomfortable because it rolled up in the middle on the side and the middle back that needed to pull up. Secondly, it created a bulge to the upper back that looked like a pair of back breast (so to speak). If you use this with a skin tight dress, it might not look as good. Overall, I like it, it made my belly pooch flat.
