So far, so good. - Computer and accessories
I've been using blue light glasses since 3 p.m. In the evening I wear glasses about 2 hours before bed. I wash my face and prep that part of me so I don't have to take them off before bed (I found my eyes shocking when they take them off - who cares!). Having just started using them, I guess the jury isn't out yet, but I do know that when I go to bed I feel a lot more relaxed. I want to switch to blue light dimmers in the house to match this new mode.
