Ordered these to keep the mask out of my mouth. It gets pretty hot where he touches my face. It also shows that it should fit your mask, and this feature hasn't worked for me on either my disposable or cloth masks. It does not prevent your glasses from fogging up. Every time I take off the mask, it falls out. But it's good to keep the mask away from your mouth and nose.
