For some reason, from time to time I get really hot feet. It's a miserable feeling. Other than getting a bucket of ice cold water to soak them in, I was at a loss for what to do. This spray provides immediate relief, but I have to reapply it frequently because the cooling sensation doesn't last long enough. That's more the fault of my hot feet than the spray. I don't know what else would work better - maybe a gel, like hand sanitizer. But, then it wouldn't spray, which is what I really want. It does cool of my legs and arms if it's particularly hot. I live in a hot, humid climate, and this spray offers some relief.
