Kind of dangerous. About Baby and Toddler Toys

This product has some amazing features which I will discuss later. But above all, its bad design is dangerous. That means it's for 6 months and up, but I wouldn't recommend it for up to 2 years. My 8 month old tried to play with it both on the floor and on her stomach. Every time she presses the front of the keyboard, the entire toy leans forward, causing the back wooden plank to smack her in the face. This toy is heavy and they are real solid wood planks. Luckily it didn't hit her front teeth or they would have been broken. I knew right away that this toy wasn't meant to be used unsupervised, but even if I immediately sit down and play with it, it manages to rock it forward simply by doing what it's supposed to do and pressing the keyboard. . She's got a big bump on her forehead between her eyes today, so we're bringing her back. Even if the toy lands upside down, it's a bit dangerous as the piano's feet have relatively sharp edges. I don't want to trip and land on her when she's upside down. However, I love everything else about this toy and am so disappointed that it didn't work. If they could figure out how to balance the weight better, this would be an amazing toy that could be used for a long time. The keys are painted on wood, so they may fade or chip over time. However, what is impressive is how they built the key sensors into the wood, creating a very nice design and a comfortable keystroke feel. The sound isn't harsh or harsh like some toys, and the accompanying tones are a nice touch, making it a toy that can grow with my child as they develop. At first, she might just tap it to hear the audio. Answer, and as she gets older she can work on learning simple but fun songs. There's a lot of potential here, but the dangers aren't worth it.
