Review on Foldable Lap Desk Stand - Blue, Versatile Lap Tablet with Cup Holder for Bed, Movie Watching & Personal Dining by Tim Harrington

Overall 'good' - cup holder semi useless

I bought it and ended up sending it back and I'll tell you why. All in all it was a "good" table. I think I'd consider it more of a dinner/breakfast tray - similar to the ones I had when I was little that we called "TV trays". I personally prefer to have my "lap tables" a little closer to my knees. That being said, if there was a way to adjust the length of the legs on these things, THIS would be better. I was looking for something that can be used mainly as a desk, for example to write letters and magazines. I also dabbled in modern calligraphy so I needed something more than a notepad or a sturdy notepad - something SOMETHING tall. It was too high for me and I had a hard time maneuvering comfortably to find a good angle. It's not the manufacturer's fault, it's just the style, and what you primarily use is a major factor in what suits you. Finally, the cup holder was "less than". It was too shallow for safety. Most of my regular cups just don't fit in far enough that I'm sure they won't spill at the slightest movement. Key: There are many different types of lap tables. The MAIN factor is what you choose. Definitely going to find one that sits right on my lap hoping it will fit. This time without a cup holder and maybe without a palm rest to get in the way of my typing. I'm even thinking of memory foam. Wish me luck! :)
