with snowplows making little slivers of ice flying horizontally across the hilltop in my face - it sucked but I could take it

Okay, I'm from Western, NY. We are used to cold weather. In addition to my main job, I also have a small hobby farm where I go outside for about an hour a day. So, no kidding or exaggeration, as it was 34 degrees (Fahrenheit) this afternoon was t-shirt weather while I was outside. I bought this neck warmer specifically for skiing. In the week before the purchase we had a cold wind, the temperature was about minus 30 degrees. Riding the ski lift upwind when the snowblowers created little chunks of ice that flew horizontally in my face over the hilltop - It sucks, but I could take it. I was at the ski base, first put on a heating pad, then ski pants, then ski boots, then a jacket, then fiddled with a pair of ski goggles clipped to my helmet and headed for the door. Holy shit, that thing was warm. I was afraid of self-ignition. I have experienced. On the second night it was the last thing I put on before heading for the door. It's 10 degrees outside (Fahrenheit) and I was incredibly warm all night. Last night when I was skiing the temperature was below 30. At this temperature the thing was slightly damp with sweat after 4 hours of skiing. Recommended for anyone who is cold outside. It definitely kept my neck warm, and while riding the chairlift in a very cold wind when it was 10F outside, I pulled it up over my face with ease, keeping my chin, cheeks, upper lip, etc. warm.
