This is for me and I REALLY like it (my son has another one) There is a small mirror inside that reflects UV light and 2 prongs where you place your toothbrush is very flexible so if Your thicker toothbrush should still fit. It opens easily like a clam. When closed, the light will turn on automatically and turn off when finished. I can hear and feel the fan working (my other's fan isn't as powerful). I was surprised it stuck to my table. It's magnetic! It comes with a metal disc that can be stuck to anything with tape on the back. I don't mind leaving this on the counter. It is small and will be easy to travel with. It comes with a charging cable and the connector is on the back. The harbor can only be seen when it is closed. I use it for daily cleaning and anyway dry the brush first. Every week I use antibacterial tablets in an ultrasonic cleaner.
