I speak from experience as I really LOVE blue LEDs. However, the wavelength of blue light can play tricks on your eyes. So if visibility is the main reason you're looking for a cable like this, you might want to consider colors other than blue. BUT that's NOT the fault of the cable itself, it's just physics.
