Convenient for a child playing soccer for the first time.
They are thin plastic. She was hit in the leg and the boot cut her toe but protected her. They are fine as we are trying out football and not sure if she will stick with it. and her legs will grow by next fall. When she starts taking football more seriously, we'll buy a better pair of shoes.
