I've been wearing clogs since the 70's. They are better!. I was initially disappointed because WIDE didn't seem all that wide. While wider would have been nice, after a few weeks they were fine and nothing beats constipation when you're on your feet. I saw glass workers in Denmark 35 years ago wearing clogs and they were custom made in several colours. Danskos are awesome and I think the price is more than justified. How I wish they would offer a WIDE version for women in some of the great colors and patterns available. All I could find was black.
