A little bit small
These pants are so damn cute! I bought the 4T because the 3T was sold out. I tried them on my toddler and they fit perfectly. Also, my little one can still wear her 18 month old Cat and Jack shorts from Target so I would suggest reading the reviews to determine the best size for your little one.
