Bought size 18m for my daughter who is 3ft and 24lbs. It's a little big and the straps sag a bit, but that's not enough to stop her from gymnastics. In other clothes she usually wears a size 18. The material holds up very well to normal wash/dry cycles. By the way, there is no label. So if you accidentally put it on the wrong way around like my husband did, your baby will look like a tiny wrestler with a deeper slit in the front.
