I bought my first TigerSecu DVR over a year ago. I've added cameras several times. During the year I had several problems. Some of them are my problem as I have limited knowledge of how these systems work. The other issue is that I had a Night Owl DVR and gave it up after the company had NULL response when they died. I have wiring and multiple cameras integrated into a Tiger DVR. I ran into some problems because of this. To my surprise, I received a response from TigerSecu a few hours later when I asked for help. The problem was fixed immediately. A few months later I wanted to install a larger hard drive. The answer continued. I exchanged several e-mails within a day, ordered a new hard drive a few days later and installed it without any problems. Now to the camera. This is a high quality camera. I would (and will) buy it again. This company won me over with their honest customer care.
